Services provided: Manual therapies, manipulation, physical modalities (ultrasound, electrical therapy,
paraffin therapy, heat/ice), trigger point therapy, traction, exercise therapy, rehabilitation.
M Jonathan Garzillo DC (Clinic Director)
Dr. Garzillo joined the Henderson Center in 1993. Educated at Lehigh University
and the National University of the Health Sciences' School of Chiropractic, Dr.
Garzillo has over 20 years of chiropractic experience treating acute and chronic pain, and has lectured
extensively on muscle and joint pain syndromes. He is a member of the International
Myopain Society, an academic and research association of specialists in muscle pain
syndromes. He has also published research studies on low back pain.

Scott Dugan MT
Mr. Dugan, who joined the Center in 1997, is also faculty at the Cortiva Institute -
Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy, one of the top massage schools in the US.
Mr. Dugan has been the Chair of the Government Relations Committee of the PA chapter
of the American Massage Therapy Association for the past seven years. He is trained in a
wide variety of massage techniques, including myofascial release, Swedish massage, cranial
sacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy and sports massage. Many of the top local massage
therapists are former students of Mr. Dugan. He is nationally certified.

Kathleen Fredericksen MT
Ms. Fredericksen, who joined the Center in 2005, has over five years of experience in
therapeutic massage. A graduate of the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy, she also
holds a BA in psychology from Rutgers University. With training in many styles of body therapy,
Ms. Fredericksen specializes in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and
corrective massage applications.

Ryan Berkelbach MT
Mr. Berkelbach joined the Henderson Center in 2007. He graduated from Cortiva Institute - Pennsylvania
with training in a variety of massage techniques, and also attended both Penn State University and
Mercer County Community College. For more than six years, he has worked as a Patient Care
Technician for Taylor and Paoli Hospitals. Mr. Berkelbach also holds certification as an Emergency
Medical Technician - Basic and as a Firefighter. He specializes in trigger point therapy and sports/work
injury massage.

SHIATSU
Services provided: Shiatsu Therapy
Tina Garzillo (NCCAOM) Dipl., ABT
Ms. Garzillo, who joined the Center in 2005, is a graduate of the International School
of Shiatsu and
also has a degree in psychology. She is trained in both Zen Shiatsu and Shiatsu Shin Tai. With training
that addresses a wide variety of conditions such as headaches, muscle tension, postural alignment,
stress-related disorders, pregnancy-related conditions, high blood pressure, digestive disorders,
fibromyalgia, and cerebral palsy, Ms. Garzillo specializes in all groups from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Ms. Garzillo has done advanced studies with Pauline Sasaki, Ohashi, and Saul Goodman. An
additional service that she provides is ear candling. She is nationally board certified.
