Treatment Options

1. Maintain bridging external fixation until healing without further debridements: "bag of bones treatment"

2. Maintain bridging external fixation until healing, return to OR for repeat debridement and inspection of the wound with delayed primary closure

3. Return to the OR for repeat debridement, removal of external fixation, and immediate reconstruction

4. Maintain bridging external fixation, return to OR for repeat debridement and inspection of the wound with delayed primary closure

5. Maintain bridging external fixation, return to OR for repeat debridement and inspection of the wound with delayed primary closure followed by removal of the ExFix, delayed ORIF of the medial column, and removal of the capitellum

6. Maintain bridging external fixation, return to OR for repeat debridement & inspection of the wound with delayed primary closure followed by removal of the ExFix, ORIF of the medial column, osteochondral allograft of lateral column and capitellum with reconstruction of the olecranon after wound healing
