(entire C-spine, axial sections with sagittal
and coronal reformats).
Findings and Impression:
The alignment of the cervical spine is normal.
Linear lucencies are noted in the anterior
arch of the atlas bilaterally representing
nondisplaced fractures. There is no
encroachment of the spinal canal.
The prevertebral soft tissues are
unremarkable.
Marked degenerative changes of the spine are
noted.
