The Insertion Handle is used to locate the holes for the proximal
locking bolts. The dynamic and/or static locking bolts are placed
through the holes of the Insertion Handle without image
intensification. The holes are marked "DYNAM" for dynamic locking
and "STAT" for static locking. The nature of the fracture will dictate
whether a dynamic and/or static locking bolt is placed.
