Over 10 years experience organizing, training, advising, directing and supporting military and paramilitary forces in unconventional and foreign internal defense operations. Extensive experience in developing and installing personal and facility security measures. Skilled in conducting threat and vulnerability analyses, and providing remedial measures to strengthen existing security systems. Extensive experience in multi-cultural and multi-lingual environments. Secret security clearance for 15 years.

OPERATIONS / INTELLIGENCE

1993-97: Planned, coordinated and directed communication training, including on UHF, VHF, HF, FM and wire systems. Responsible for collection, analysis, production, compartmenting and dissemination of intelligence information. Prepared country, regional and area studies and observations packages, briefbacks, operations orders and operations plans. Developed schedules, and coordinated training programs, for company-level special forces elements.

ANTI-TERRORISM INSTRUCTOR & SF TRAINING DEVELOPER
Australian Special Air Service

1991-93: Developed qualification course, training regimen and evaluation system for SAS Regimental element of 150 candidates. Planned, coordinated and conducted SAS mounted vehicle tactical operations both foreign and domestic. Instructed force elements in anti-terrorism subject matter, tactics and strategies.

DETACHMENT TRAINER & SNIPER

1987-91: Employed conventional and unconventional tactics and techniques as a member of twelve man special forces detachment. Trained detachment members and foreign indigenous forces in the use of a wide range of communication equipment and small arms, including light crew served weapons, anti-aircraft and anti-armor weapons; Explosives, including dynamite, TNT, C4 and anti-tank/anti-armor mines. Served as detachment sniper.

COMMUNICATIONS SUPERVISOR

1986-1987: Directed communication training for 45-man communication section. Responsible for wide variety of sensitive tactical communication operations, both foreign and domestic, and both U.S. and joint military operations.

FOREIGN CADRE TRAINING and COMMUNICATIONS LIAISON

U.S. training and communications liaison for foreign military elements (from platoon to battalion) in light infantry tactics, advanced marksmanship techniques, mounted vehicle tactics and operations, survival, boobytraps, joint military operations, anti-terrorism, and communications: Philippines, Australia, Malaysia, Thailand and Germany.
