For me TRS stands for Transparency, Respect & Security.
I feel it is a great place to work because this is the
only place where your CEO will take initiative to teach
new developments, where everyone is so approachable and
work environment is so good you feel as if you are
working with your family. As we are a growing
organization, there is a lot of room for innovation and
creativity. Most of the jobs involve multitasking, hence
it facilitates us to develop and enhance our overall
