This cozy (non smoking, pet-free), immaculate 3 bedroom home nestled in the
gated community of Arrowhead Lakes is only a short walk from the pool and beach.
Features include cathedral ceilings, an open floor plan, a fully stocked kitchen,
and a large deck with a gas grill for those beautiful summer evenings. A great
place to kick back, relax, and forget about the world for a few days! Norton’s
Retreat has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, and can sleep up to 9 people.
Enjoy all the Pocono's has to offer at this mountain retreat. Relax and enjoy
the 37" TV on cozy, comfortable furniture. Feel the warmth of the custom made
wood burning stove. You are free to enjoy all the outdoor activities available.
Just minutes from Camelback, Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Also enjoy the
sledding hill located inside of Lake Arrowhead.
Summer brings fun by the way of 3 pools and 2 lakes with 4 beaches, with many
family activities planned. Swim, fish, or rent a boat for the lake. Play
tennis, basketball or just enjoy relaxing in a lounge chair – it’s up to
you! Any time is a great time to be at Arrowhead Lakes!
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an overhead fan. The second
bedroom has 2 twin size beds. Both of these bedrooms have a “bed and
breakfast” type feel! The third bedroom has a futon bunk bed which sleeps
2 on bottom and 1 on top, perfect for kids! This room also has a TV with
a CD/VCR unit. If desired, the living room sofa also pulls out into a
sleeper, which will easily sleep 2 more people. Each bedroom is also
near a full bath with shower.

- Living room with vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, wood burning stove,

- Two full bathrooms with showers (master has tub)
- Third bedroom with futon has 26” TV and DVD player with selection of
childrens videos

Security Deposit: $250
- During the winter months, from Labor Day to Memorial day, the
charge is $25.00 per vehicle.
- During summer months the entrance fee is only $20.00 per vehicle (for key card.)
In addition, (for summer months) there is a $25.00 fee per week-per person for
a pool/activity pass, OR $7.50 per day-per person (if staying a shorter time)
for a pool/activity pass. You will need to have these passes in order to use the
facilities. These pool/activity pass fees are mandatory from Arrowhead Lakes Association.
- SHEETS: You may bring your own, or use provided sheets. If provided sheets are not folded and washed, additional charge will apply.
- Must be 25 or older to rent! No Pets and No Smoking!
