"Foxcroft offers carriage homes in highly ranked Blue Bell, PA"
MONEY Magazine recently rated Blue Bell in Montgomery
County as 14th on its "Best Places To Live" list for
2005. This ranking culminated months of research
by the magazine covering more than 1,300 great
American towns.
For more than three decades, award-winning builders
Ralph Philomeno and Carmen Salamone of Philomeno
& Salamone Custom Builders have been involved
with the Blue Bell community. Philomeno & Salamone
recognized the potential of Blue Bell, as well as
possibly contributing to its overall ranking.
The third phase of Foxcroft of Blue Bell
has recently opened. This 96 carriage-home community is nestled
in Whitpain Township in Montgomery County.
Just beyond the entrance in beautifully landscaped
surroundings, the homes at Foxcroft offer security,
maintenance-free living and spacious interiors.
Buyers can choose from four floor plans with more than
2,800 square feet of living space and designed to fit a
variety of lifestyles. First- or second-floor master bedrooms;
three or four bedrooms; and two or three full baths are all
offered. Each home includes a full basement and a two-car garage.
A finished basement with a full bath is available in all homes
and a third-floor loft in select models.
Only 18 homes are left, and prices start in the high $400s.
There are still great locations to choose from, with several
quick-delivery homes also available.
Philomeno & Salamone Custom Builders also offer custom single-family
homes at Woodfield of Blue Bell, and the 55+ active adult community
of Jefferson Crossing.
