The Power of Forgiveness ("Elena")
Elena came into my office complaining of severe neck pain and inexplicable depression,
both of which had started right after her husband brought home a business associate who
was visiting Europe. Everyything in Elena's life - career, finanaces, and relationships
- appeared to be in balance. Still, she was plagued with uncontrollable bouts of crying
and suicidal thoughts which had begun to negatively affect her job.
Kinesiology* determined that the meeting with her husband's European
associate had surfaced unconscious feelings not related to now. (In the unconscious there
is no time the way we know it.) In a past existence**, Elena had had
a one-night affair with the associate. When Elena's husband (in that lifetime) discovered
her indiscretion, he left her. Elena grieved for years hoping her husband would return.
When it became clear that he was not coming back, Elena hung herself in despair (hence the
neck pain.)
After forgiving herself for judging her adulterous actions and for having taken her own
life, Elena's neck pain and depression disappeared. She said that it was "like the sun
came out!"

*Kinesiology, or muscle testing, is a way of unlocking memories in the unconscious.
** A "past life," or memory in the unconscious can be from a movie, a dream, a book or the collective unconscious. The story isn't as important
as the identifying judgments linked to the situation.
The Power of Forgiveness ("Libby")
Four year-old Libby had been suffering from earaches and had been on and off antibiotics
since she was six months old. She had developed an allergic reaction to the antibiotics
and the doctors said that the next step for Libby was to get tubes put in her ears. Libby's
mother was seeing an alternative solution.
She brought Libby to m office and through Kinesiology* we determined
that there was an emotional link related to the earaches - she was having a hard time
listening to the heated arguments between her father and her older brother.
Muscle testing also determined that Libby was taking on a role from a past life
** in which she was an empath among her people. Her function in that society
was to transmute and disperse the negative emotions of others.
As a four year-old in this lifetime, Libby did not have the power or the ability to take on
this role. She was holding the judgment that she was responsible for other people's pain and
she couldn't bear listening to angry voices, especially since she couldn't change the way
people felt.
Through forgiveness, we cleared the pattern of over-responsibility and forgave the judgments
that Libby was holding against herself for failing to release others' pain and suffering.
Within a day of her treatment, Libby's earaches stopped ans she hasn't had them since.
