We creatively design programs to help clients save 10%, 15%, 20%or more on the current premiums by utilizing tools and government approved programs to help reduce insurance premiums, which in turn reduce the employers FICA tax obligations. This often ends up reducing the monetary outlay the employer incurs and our plans usually end up providing a feature rich employee benefit program which helps improve employee retention and reduce worker compensation claims.
