Are you real estate agents?
We are not real estate agents.
We do not want to list your real estate - we want to buy your real estate fast.
My property is already listed with a real estate agent. Can you show me how to sell my
home, house or property quick?
Absolutely! If you have a property that is listed with an agent and you need to sell
it quickly, or if it has been listed for a long time without a sale, call us.
Where will you buy property?
Express Home Sales, LLC is based in Pennsylvania. We prefer to
buy houses in and around the following areas...
- Philadelphia County
- Bucks County
- Montgomery County
- Delaware County
- Chester County
If you are outside of these areas, fell free to contact us anyway. Even if your property
isn't right for us, we may be able to refer you to someone in your area.
Will you buy rental property?
If you are a landlord and you are tired of renters not paying the rent, breaking up
your property, and calling you in the middle of the night, we can help you. We can
buy real estate fast, no matter what shape it is in, even if it still has "problem" tenants in
it.
What does Sell Your Property "As Is" mean?

Can you buy my house if I am in bankruptcy?
Depending on your circumstances, bankruptcy should not stop you from selling

Should I fill out the online form or call you?
Either way works, but calling will get you a faster, personal response.
What do I do if you can't buy my property?
The properties we buy must meet certain criteria. If yours doesn't, we may still
be able to help you sell your property. We work very closely with investors and
we may be able to refer your case to someone with a different set of buying criteria.
We may also find that your best solution is to list your property with a Realtor.
In that case, we will be able to refer you to a Realtor who can help you sell your
house.
What are my risks?
Your biggest risk is to do nothing. It only takes a phone call to find out
