NADRA 2ND ANNUAL SILENT AUCTION AT DECKEXPO 2007
SILENT AUCTION REPORT
NADRA Director, Christy Packett did a great job along with Margie and Christine Beaudry from Legacy handling the bulk of the
Silent Auction set up and close down. We had tremendous help in the booth from Hickory Dickory Decks' crew - four guys
handled bidding for the Silent Auction for two days. They kept the paperwork in order and helped folks place their bids.
Other members seeing fellow members working the NADRA booth is great for morale and prompted others to help as well,
such as Ken Cowles from EB-TY who visited each DeckExpo booth to talk up the Silent Auction. Lastly, thanks to Mark DeMarco
for his end of auction vocals - for enthusiastically urging people to make last minute bids.
We had a 33 % increase over last year's Silent Auction with a total take of $15,000. Special thanks to NADRA member
sponsors who offered product and other items for bid, and to the winning bidders who walked away with some awesome values.
