| E. G. RALL JR. - President | ||
|
E.G. started the company in 1992 with over 13 years of professional experience
in the landscape industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Landscape Architecture from The Pennsylvania State University.
His experience ranges from working for larger nurseries, architecture
and planning companies, teaching at local colleges, serving as a
Planning Commission board member and Director of Grounds for an
84 acre development, to owning and running his own company. He oversees
every aspect of his company.

| GENE RALL SR. - Vice President and Director of Sales and Marketing | ||
|
Gene is the former President and Chairman of the Board of a 200 million-dollar
national plastic distribution company. Gene brings thirty-plus years of domestic
and international marketing experience to the company. He is responsible for
not only the long term strategic planning of the company but also for the
firm's sales and marketing.

| GEORGE CONNAGHAN - Business Manager | ||
|
George joined the company in December of 2001. George handles
all accounting, financial and controller functions for E.G.
Rall Jr. He is also responsible for business process implementation
of grounds maintenance and landscape projects, as well as office
processes pertaining to customer and vendor invoicing. George’s
strong computer background provides enhancement in reporting and
tracking productivity of customer service.

Joe has been with the company since its inception, rising in ranks
from Grounds Maintenance Laborer to Grounds Maintenance Operations
Manager and Supervisor of Pesticides and Herbicides. Joe is
responsible for all Integrated Pest Management (IPM) accounts
and is certified through Associated Landscape Contractors of
America as a landscape technician. Additional duties include
managing operations of all grounds maintenance crews and
ensuring all customers needs are met or exceeded.
