About Us: Essential Extras, Inc. has designed and built about a thousand projects, emphasizing outdoor structures, in about 80 cities in the last 20 years. "Form follows function" seems obvious but is often ignored. We start the design process by determining function; so our projects "work." Our work is truly custom and creative. No two people or projects are alike. Unusual projects, situations and unique custom original designs are our norm. We make interior, exterior, added or remodeled space blend into existing space structurally, functionally and aesthetically, i.e. it "belongs."
