About Us

Fusion Island was started by Toni Taylor 1992. She started after high school baking cakes for people then decided to get more experience by working in various top kitchens in the area and in the Caribbean to perfect her talents. Her vision was to bring Caribbean food to the next level because there are so many different textures and flavors that have not been explored.

We have expanded our service capabilities and are now catering:
Weddings, Bas & Bar Mitzvahs, Corporate Events, Holiday Parties and Family Reunions in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
